Ollama App Installation

To enable AI features of the Messagepedia App, you must also download and install the Ollama App on your computer using the following instructions:

1. Make sure your computer meets Ollama App requirements
   1. Operating System: MacOS 11 (Big Sur) or later, or Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
   2. RAM: At least 8GB but 16GB or more is recommended for better performance
   3. Disk Space: At least 12GB of free disk space
   4. CPU: A modern CPU with at least 4 cores
   5. GPU: While not required, a GPU can significantly improve performance
   6. Admin Privileges: Required to install the App
      
2. Download Ollama App Installation script by clicking on the download button below
   
3. Run the downloaded script to install the Ollama App on your computer
   1. On Mac
      1. Launch Terminal App
      2. Type “bash ~/Downloads/llm_app_mac.sh”
   2. On Windows
      1. 2-click on the downloaded “llm_app_win.bat” file
